About the High Stack Law Firm

The High Stack Law Firm is among the oldest and most accomplished personal injury firms in the state of Florida, and we have been fighting for the rights of the injured for more than half a century. Founded in 1962 in Miami by Charles "Bud" R. Stack and then mayor of Miami, Robert King High, the firm was later joined by Edward B. Davis, who was appointed by President Jimmy Carter as a United States District Court Judge. In the years that followed, High Stack opened its Melbourne office, and we have since that time assisted hundreds of clients with all types of cases, recovering more than $100 million in verdicts and settlements.
