David Gordon is admitted to practice in all State of Florida Courts,
as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and
Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Gordon has handled numerous cases with
million dollar plus results. The first multi-million dollar settlement
was attained after only one year of practice.
In 2005, Mr. Gordon was recognized by his peers as being one of
Florida's up and coming Legal Elite, a recognition bestowed upon only
55 of more than 55,000 attorneys in the State of Florida.
Mr. Gordon is a member of the St. Thomas University School of Law
Alumni Board of Directors, The Florida Bar, The American Bar
Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Academy of
Florida Trial Lawyers, Brevard County Bar Association, Dade County Bar
Association, and the Peter T. Fay Inn of Courts.
Mr. Gordon was raised in Miami, Florida and received his Juris Doctor
from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida.
He graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor
of Arts in Psychology and graduated from The University of Miami
with a degree in counseling. Mr. Gordon practiced as a trial lawyer
his entire career in Miami, Florida before relocating to Melbourne. |
