The case involved the sale of alcoholic beverages to a person whom the bar knew or should have known was an alcoholic and who often became inebriated in the bar.

Mr. Gordon's first result in excess of a million dollars came less than one year after he was graduated from law school when he successfully prosecuted a case against XYZ Tire Company and XYZ Automobile manufacturer. The result was $1,920,000 and the case involved a young woman who suffered a mild brain injury following a rollover accident when her tire tread became separated on her sport utility vehicle causing it to rollover on I-95. Since that time Mr. Gordon has attained numerous similar results.

Mr. Gordon received a $512,000 jury verdict against State Farm Automobile Insurance Company. This result was most gratifying to Mr. Gordon as a result of State Farm, acting in its usual fashion, offered only $15,000.00 prior to Trial.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gordon specialized in medical negligence litigation and has obtained many favorable results including a 4.5 million dollar settlement in a case where a young girl was left paraperitic from the waist down as a result of the failure to follow the prevailing standard of care when her sensory evoked potential dropped during scoliosis surgery and placement of Harrington rods.

His accomplishments in this area include a 1.9 million twenty thousand dollar result against the maker of a tire and truck for a case involving a tire separation and truck rollover causing a mild brain injury in a young woman and a 1.335 million dollar result against the maker of a construction equipment hoist when as a result of a gear failing due to imperfections in the production process, a hoist was caused to fall to the ground severing the arm of the occupant.

In the case of this young boy, the tasering occurred in the principal's office at the elementary school he was attending.
