REFERRALS

| High Stack welcomes
referrals from other lawyers and law firms throughout Florida
and the United States. Most of our referrals come from lawyers
who either do not handle injury or death cases or do not
handle complicated cases that require significant litigation and financial backing. Many lawyers including those who practice personal injury
law, choose to refer us their clients because of our firm's ability to obtain a higher recovery on the claim and to avoid the
substantial cost investment that often is required to pursue significant injury cases. High Stack's
experience, reputation and resources enable us to obtain exceptional results for our clients and our referral lawyers. Referring lawyers participate in the total contingent fee. In Florida, when a referring lawyer sends us a case, the fee is set by
the Florida Bar. However, depending on the type of case and
jurisdiction, we have on many occasions entered into
co-counsel agreements wherein a larger percentage of the contingency fee is
shared between the lawyers. In the event a firm wishes to keep his or her
participation confidential, we of course will respect
that request as well.
