High Stack welcomes referrals from other lawyers and law firms throughout Florida and the United States. Most of our referrals come from lawyers who either do not handle injury or death cases or do not handle complicated and cases that require significant financial backing. Many lawyers including personal injury lawyers choose to refer us their clients to avoid the substantial cost investment and as a result of our firm's ability to obtain a higher recovery on the claim. High Stack's experience, reputation and resources enable us to command exceptional results for our clients and our referral lawyers. Our referral lawyers participate in the total contingent fee. Of course, in Florida, a straight referral has a fee set by the Florida Bar. However, depending on the type of case and jurisdiction, we have on many occasions entered into co-counsel agreements wherein a larger percentage of fee is shared. In the event a firm wishes to keep his or her participation confidential, we of course will respect that request as well.
