Nathan A. Romanic
Associate Attorney
Nathan A. Romanic joined High Stack Gordon Kirbyas a civil litigation attorney
in 2008. Prior to joining High Stack, Mr. Romanic began his legal career
with Morgan & Hires, P.A., a central Florida based plaintiff's rights
practice. He also worked with EarthJustice, LLC., a nationally renowned
non-profit public interest law firm.
Mr. Romanic holds undergraduate degrees, cum laude, in Management and Humanities
from the University of Central Florida, and received his Juris Doctor
from Florida State University, where he obtained certification from the
nationally renowned Environmental and Land Use Law Program. While in law
school, Mr. Romanic received several book awards, an honor given to the
student who achieves the highest grade in a particular class. During that
time, Nathan also served as Regional Liaison for the Student Hurricane
Network, a national network of law students providing free legal aid and
cleanup relief services to communities in Mississippi and Louisiana
devastated by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
Mr. Romanic handles a wide variety of matters with High Stack Gordon Kirby,
including: claims for bodily injury and wrongful death, insurance and
contract disputes, civil rights violations, local small business representation,
nursing home abuse, and other general civil litigation. He is a member
of several professional organizations, most notably the Florida Bar, the
American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, Florida
Justice Association, and the Brevard County Bar. He is admitted in all
Florida State Court and the United States District Court for the Middle
District of Florida.
In his leisure time, Nathan volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of
America and several central Florida animal rescue organizations. He also
enjoys rock climbing and is an active member of the Southeastern Climbers
Coalition.
